Connect your Booking.com listing with Hostaway Listing

In Booking.com

Create/prepare your listings in Booking.com

Before you start, please ensure you have everything needed to connect:

• Each room category must have a maximum of 1 room to sell in Booking.com. Read this article on the Booking.com website
  • Except if you are using the multi-unit feature
• Each room category must have a rate plan and the rate plan should have complete information
  • Important: If you use several rate plans (Standard, Non-Refundable), read this article
• If you have several rooms in 1 Booking.com property, you will have to map all listings

Notes:

• After connecting, Hostaway will import all future reservations from Booking.com
• Contact details (phone and emails) will not be imported due to GDPR rules
• After connecting, check your rates in the Hostaway calendar and the rates in your Booking.com Extranet

Apply for a connection within Booking.com Extranet

1. 1. Go to your booking.com Extranet for the property
      1. If you don't have a Booking.com account, click here
   2. Choose Account > Connectivity provider > Click Search
   3. Search for Hostaway
   4. Select Hostaway, make sure to tick off all options, and click "Next/Connect"
   5. Successfully requested for Connection from booking.com to Hostaway
      
      

In Hostaway

1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard > Channel Manager > Channels > Booking.com > Configure
2. Click on Connect new Booking.com property button
3. Read and check all statements, then click on Next
4. Add the Property ID > Click "Connect" and Hostaway will download all the room IDs
5. Assign and map each room ID to a Hostaway listing and click on Save once done

Check your Rates, Mark-up, Rate Plan, and Length of Stay

Once the rooms are mapped:

• Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Channel Manager > Listing Mapping
• Click on Setting > By default the mark-up is 100%
• By default, the rate plan's minimum stay can be left empty to use the calendar minimum length of stay settings
• Save

Note: If you had a minimum stay in your Booking.com calendar, the Minimum Length of Stay in Settings will be ignored. Read this article about rate plans and minimum stay.
