Minimum stay from arrival setup for Booking.com Rate Plans
You can use one or more rate plans (standard, non-refundable, etc.) on Booking.com.
By default, the minimum and maximum length of stay from arrival is taken from your Hostaway calendar minimum night and is used to update the daily price and length of stay settings on Booking.com.
How to configure the minimum stay from arrival for Booking.com?
To set a different minimum stay for a specific rate plan, enter a value in the Minimum Stay settings.
To set the minimum and the maximum length of stay from arrival, please follow the next steps:
Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Channel Manager
On the Listing Mapping tab > click on the gear icon
A window will be open on the right-hand side
Enter the Booking.com Markup
Enter the Minimum Stay
Save & Close
When you enter a Minimum Stay value for the rate plan, it will be applied to all calendar days on the Booking.com side and will not be adjusted based on your Hostaway calendar-specific daily minimum stay. If you would rather use calendar-specific minimum stays, then you must leave this rate plan section blank:
NOTE: If you do not see the minimum or maximum length of stay from arrival on the Booking.com admin portal calendar, you may activate the view by following the Booking.com guide page or contact your local Booking.com support team to activate the view for you.
