Learn how to map your Booking.com listings in Hostaway using your property ID and room ID so the channel manager can sync rates, availability, and reservations correctly.
How to Map the Listing in the Hostaway Dashboard
To map a listing in the Hostaway Dashboard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Hostaway Dashboard
- Go to Channel Manager > Channels > Booking.com > Configure
- Click on the Connect New Booking.com Property button
- Carefully read and check all statements, then click Next
- Add the Property ID and click Connect. Hostaway will automatically download all room IDs associated with the property
- Assign each room ID to its corresponding Hostaway listing
- Once all room IDs are mapped, click Save to complete the process
Disclaimer
- The ON status (Channel Manager > Listing Mapping) and the Booking.com logo (Listings) shown in the Hostaway dashboard will only appear once the listing is mapped and the Hotel ID is live on Booking.com. If the property is still in a pre-live status (for example, Ready to open), the logo will not be displayed in Hostaway, and the listing will appear as OFF for Booking.com. Just so you know, a short delay is expected, as Booking.com does not send us the hotel status right away.
