Account Settings

IMPORTANT: Only the main account owner can access the Settings page even if the user has admin-level access.

On the Dashboard, you can go to your Account Settings by clicking on the "Settings" menu and then "Account." Please watch this quick video about the Account Settings feature.

To change the account ownership and details in your Hostaway account, you can update the registered email address, company name, and logo. First, you can change the email address used to log in to your account. Next, you can update the company name field in your profile settings. Finally, you can change the company logo by uploading a new image, though you may need to clear your browser's cache to see the updated logo.

Adding a new company logo

Once you have added an Airbnb account from the initial setup, this will be imported as your profile logo and will show as your Dashboard default logo.

To resize your company logo to fit the profile space provided by Hostaway, you will need to edit the dimensions of the logo file outside of Hostaway, such as by using a graphic design tool. Experiment with increasing the width of the logo, while maintaining a 1:1 aspect ratio, and then re-upload the adjusted logo file to Hostaway. This will allow you to properly fit the logo within the designated profile space.

Company logo photo requirements:

Min allowed image width is 400 px
Min allowed image height is 400 px

Once a company logo has been uploaded, this will be your default photo on your dashboard. This default photo is shown on the top right of your Hostaway Dashboard.
