Setting up your notifications
By default, all notifications are selected when creating the Hostaway Account, you can decide to remove unnecessary notifications from the dashboard.
The notifications feature allows you to receive Email, Dashboard, and Mobile App notifications and set them up so you can decide which to receive.
All users can set their notification settings from the dashboard, by following the next steps:

Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > In the top right corner click on the user logo profile > Edit

Scroll down > Notifications

Select the notifications you would like to receive

Save
If you are receiving unwanted reservation modification notifications from Hostaway's system, even though you have not made any reservations, it indicates an issue with the notification settings in your Hostaway admin account. To resolve this, you should review the user notification settings under the User Management section and disable the notification for reservation modification to prevent receiving similar notifications in the future.
If you are reporting a specific formula to your users that is using a paymentServiceProcessingFees from Stripe, when a charge goes through, please take in mind that this charge could take a few minutes to process, and Stripe could take a few minutes to calculate and return the payment fee to us, which we then add to the reservation and use to recalculate any formulas that use it. Because the owner notification is sent immediately after the reservation is created, the owner payout could not include the paymentServiceProcessingFees in the calculation.
