How to change your login?
Change your email
If you wish to change the email address you use to log into the Hostaway dashboard, you will need to submit a request:
- Hostaway can only change the Admin/Main mail address, that is the one you signed up with
- Email needs to be sent from the email address we currently have
- Confirm the email address you would like to use
Note: If you wish to change a user email address, you can go to Users > Edit the User > Change the email address as explained in our User FAQs.
Change your password
From the login page
From the login page, you can click on Forgot your password and follow the steps.
From the Hostaway Dashboard
- Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Settings
- Click on Change Password and follow the steps
If you are unable to edit your password in the Hostaway dashboard, the issue may be that only the admin account can make these changes. In this case, you can use the 'Forgot your password' option instead. From the login page, click on 'Forgot your password' and follow the steps to reset your password. This will allow you to set a new password without needing to enter your old password.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- If you are unable to log in to your Hostaway account, the first step is to ensure you are entering the correct login credentials.
- Check that you are using the correct email address and password associated with your account
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login page and following the instructions to set a new password
- Once you have successfully logged in, you should be able to access your account and use Hostaway's services
