How to change your login?
Change your email
If you wish to change the email address you use to log into the Hostaway dashboard, you will need to submit a request:
- Hostaway can only change the Admin/Main mail address, that is the one you signed up with
- Email needs to be sent from the email address we currently have
- Confirm the email address you would like to use
Note: If you wish to change a user email address, you can go to Users > Edit the User > Change the email address as explained in our User FAQs.
Change your password
From the login page
From the login page, you can click on "Forgot your password" and follow the different steps.
From the Hostaway Dashboard
Go to Settings > Click on Change Password and follow the steps
