How to change your login email?
If you wish to change the email address you use to log into Hostaway dashboard, you will need to send an email to email@example.com:
- Hostaway can only change the Admin/Main mail address (The one you signed up with)
- Email needs to be sent from the email address we currently have
- Confirm the email address you wish to use
Note: If you wish to change a User email address, this is not possible. you will need to delete the user and create a new one
How to change your password?
You can change your password by either
From the Hostaway login page
From the login page (https://dashboard.hostaway.com/login) you can click on "Forgot your password" and follow the different steps.
From the Hostaway Dashboard
Go to Settings > Click on "Change Password" and follow the steps
