Reply to a Booking.com guest review

On Booking.com, the guest can leave a review after check-out while the host cannot review the guest.

In Reviews > in the column action (on the right), you can click on the reply button.

Notes

• You can only respond to guest reviews if there is a comment
• Replies will be checked by Booking.com before it is published
• Make sure to answer in English or the review language
