Reply to a Booking.com review
On Booking.com, the guest is able to leave a review after check-out from your property.
The main difference with Airbnb is that you do not have to leave a review as Host about the guest for it to be published. However, from time to time you might see guest reviews you would like to respond to.
As an official partner of Booking.com, we fully integrated with the Booking.com guest reviews system. This allows you to directly write back after the guest has left a review for you. To do so, on the right side behind any Booking.com review you will find a reply button. Write your answer and send it by clicking on the button.
- You can only respond to reviews with comments.
- You have to reply in either the same language as the review or English. Responses provided in a different language won't be displayed online or translated.
- After you submit a response, Booking.com team will check that it complies with their guidelines before it’s published online.
