Set up your notifications Follow
Notifications
By default notification, everything will be selected when creating the Hostaway account you can decide to remove the unnecessary notification from the dashboard
The notifications feature allows you to receive Email, Dashboard and Mobile App notifications and to set them up so you can decide which of them are relevant to receive.
For Users, only the Main Account or a User with Admin level can set up user notifications. Learn more about User Notifications here.
The current notifications that can be set are:
- Reservations:
- New reservation
- Reservation is modified
- Reservation is cancelled
- New inquiry
- Reservation is pending
- Tasks:
- New task created
- Task updated
- Task started
- Task ended
- Task cancelled
- Messages:
- New message received
- New automated message sent
- Thread Assigned
- Thread unassigned
- Payment (Guest Payment)
- Add card success
- Add card fail
- Charge Success
- Charge Failed
- Pre-Auth Success
- Pre-Auth Failed
- Listings:
- Import success
- Import fail
- Export Success
- Export Failed
- Account:
- Invoice paid success (your monthly invoice)
- Invoice fail
- Exceptions
- Error reports
