How to Connect with Properly

Although Hostaway offers its internal task manager for short-term rental owners, there is always a chance you need just that bit extra in functions to manage your tasks. Hostaway has a great implementation with the task management software company Properly.

Properly is a third-party operations management platform for property managers.

Our integration with Properly allows you to connect your account, export your listings, and create tasks in Properly.

How to connect with Properly

1. Steps on Hostaway

   1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard
   2. Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
   3. Search for Properly and click on the Connect button
      
      
      
      

   4. A small box will appear > Click on "Create"

   5. The Account ID and the API Key will be presented on a new window

   6. Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep it somewhere safe for later

   

    

Steps on Properly

1. Log into Properly and head to https://app.getproperly.com/#/settings/connections
   
   
   
   
2. Look for Hostaway in the list of options and Click Connect
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the Account ID and API Key saved at the beginning and Click Connect Account
4. You should receive a Connection Successful message.
