Steps on Hostaway
- Go to the Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
- Search for Rankbreeze and click Connect
- Click Create to generate your API credentials
- Copy your Account ID and Secret Key
⚠️ The secret key is shown only once — save it somewhere safe.
Steps on Rankbreeze
- Go to the Rankbreeze Integrations page & click on Connect under Hostaway
- Paste the Account ID and API Key into the fields provided, then click Connect account
- Connecting your Hostaway account doesn't import your listings into Rankbreeze.
- Connecting your Hostaway account doesn't import your listings into Rankbreeze.

Match & Connect Properties in Rankbreeze. Select the corresponding Rankbreeze listing from the dropdown menu, then click Connect. If you don't see the property in the dropdown menu, click here to add the properties to Rankbreeze. Linking a property does NOT automatically start pushing price updates.
What happens after you connect
Once you've matched and connected your properties:
Content updates. Whenever you optimize your listing's content in Rankbreeze, you can push those changes straight to Hostaway with a click.
Pricing calendar. Rankbreeze pulls your availability from Hostaway to build your pricing calendar.
Price pushes. Once enabled per listing, Rankbreeze pushes your recommended prices to Hostaway automatically, no manual action needed.
