Simply Owners is a UK-based holiday rental platform built around one simple idea: guests book direct with owners. Founded in 2016 by holiday homeowner Tim Parkes, Simply Owners has spent 10 years bringing owners and holidaymakers together in a fair, transparent and personal way.
Owners pay one flat annual fee, with commission-free bookings and standard fees. They keep full control of their prices, calendar and house rules, and enquiries come straight to them, so every guest relationship and repeat booking is theirs to build. Guests pay the owner's price, with zero booking fees, and can chat directly with the owner before they book. Free Payment Protection gives them extra peace of mind.

Steps on Hostaway
- Go to the Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
- Search for Simply Owners and click Connect
- Click Create to generate your API credentials
- Copy your Account ID and Secret Key
⚠️ The secret key is shown only once — save it somewhere safe.
Steps on Simply Owners
- Click the link, then paste the Account ID and API key into the Connect screen. This link will remain valid for 48 hours. If it expires before you complete the setup, you can request a new one at any time.
- Simply Owners will then send you a draft listing, and you'll need to complete the secure authentication flow.
- Once completed and payment has been taken, your integration will appear in your Simply Owners account.
