Steps on Hostaway
- Go to the Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
- Search for Beyond and click the Connect button
- Click Create to generate your API credentials
- Copy your Account ID and Secret Key
The secret key is shown only once — save it somewhere safe.
Steps on Beyond
- To connect your Hostaway account, you will first need to email Beyond support at: support@beyondpricing.com
- Let them know that you would like to connect your Hostaway account, and they will enable it for you!
- Once you have your token, you can log into Beyond and click on the "Link Another Account" button (shown below), or you can follow this link.
- Then, enter your information to link your account. Once linked, you will want to set your base prices and turn 'ON' sync.
If you are already connected directly to Airbnb and/or Vrbo in Beyond Pricing, you will also want to deactivate any Beyond Pricing listings connected to those channels if Hostaway is pushing prices to those channels. Please refer to this Beyond Pricing guide for transitioning from a direct connection to Hostaway.
Once connected with Hostaway successfully, Beyond sends rates, minimum stay requirements including gap fills, and check-in/check-out requirements. You will also have access to adjust minimum and maximum prices, minimum stays (LOS) and gap fillers, reservation gap adjustments, and last-minute discounts directly in Beyond.
