Assigning Listings to Owners
Until now, there wasn’t a clear way to assign listings to specific owners, making it difficult to streamline certain processes. To address this, we’ve introduced a new feature to help property managers track ownership of properties more effectively.
How to Assign a Listing to an Owner
- Go to Listings: Navigate to the Listings section of your account.
- Edit Listing: Select the listing you want to assign to an owner and click Edit.
- Basic Info Section: Under the Basic Info tab, you’ll now see the Main Property Manager Account listed first. Below that, a list of users who have this listing assigned in User Management will be displayed.
-
Assign Owners: You can easily assign and track which user or owner is associated with each listing.
This new feature allows property managers to better manage their listings and track ownership, leading to more efficient workflows. Stay tuned for more improvements in this area!
