Learn how to view and manage channel connections for a listing and understand which channels are connected, mapped, or disconnected.
Channel Connections
We are introducing a new way to export and manage listings across channels, and we will continue to improve it iteratively.
The Channel Connections tab is a new feature available on the listing edit page.
What this feature shows
The Channel Connections tab allows you to view and manage channel-specific information for a listing.
It includes:
- Visibility: Displays the channel connection status, such as Live, Inactive/Hidden, or Ready to export
- Data display: Shows listing IDs and listing URLs for connected channels such as Booking.com
- Integration: Works alongside the new listing header, which displays the total number of connected and live channels
How it works
- Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Listings
- Select the listing you want to edit and click Edit
- Open the Channel Connections tab
- There, you will find the list of channels for that specific listing, along with details such as:
- Status: Shows whether the listing is ready to export to the channel or has already been exported. If exported, it also indicates whether the listing is Live or Hidden on the channel
- Listing ID: The listing ID on the channel
- Listing URL
- Actions
- Click Settings to open a new panel on the right side, where you can:
- Turn the Booking Window toggle on or off for that listing
- Turn the Airbnb toggle on or off to publish the listing on that channel
- Turn the Vrbo toggle on or off to publish the listing on that channel
