How to connect with PriceLabs

  • PriceLabs will send rates to Hostaway every 24 hours
  • Avoid clicking on the Sync Now button in PriceLabs. It may cause Hostaway to block the PriceLabs updates
  • PriceLabs does not control the availability of any PMS

Steps on Hostaway

  1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard
  2. Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
  3. Search for PriceLabs and click on the Connect button

  4. A small box will appear > Click on Create
  5. The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
  6. Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep it somewhere safe for later

Steps on PriceLabs

  1. Go to your PriceLabs Dashboard
  2. Click on Connect to your Airbnb/PMS account

  3. Click on Airbnb and select Hostaway
  4. Enter the Hostaway Account ID and the API Key
  5. Click on Login


  6. Congratulations! Your account is now connected!

 

Now you're connected! What's next?

Now that PriceLabs and Hostaway are connected, you must test the connection:

  1. Once connected, click on Review Prices



  2. It takes between 20 to 30 seconds to import rates from PriceLabs
  3. Select a date and change the rate
  4. To sync prices:
    • If you change a price that needs to be pushed right away > Click on Sync Now
    • If you want this to be updated daily > Turn on (with green color) the Sync Prices
  5. Go to your Hostaway Dashboard and check that the daily rate has been updated
    • You can also check directly on Airbnb
  6. Congratulations! You made your first update!

FAQs

I've integrated with PriceLabs for Hostaway but the prices don't seem to sync on Airbnb, it's synced, do I need to do anything else?

  1. Turn off sync to Airbnb listings
  2. Copy min/max/base, any adjustments/customizations, etc. from the Airbnb listings to the corresponding Hostaway listings
  3. Review prices and make sure they look good, then sync the Hostaway listings. Hostaway will sync with Airbnb
  4. From the manage listings page, delete the Airbnb listings in your PriceLabs account
