Connecting to Find Rentals
Find Rentals is an advertising subscription service that drives quality guest leads to be converted into direct booking on the property manager's website.
Hostaway has partnered with Find Rentals to provide an integrated API connection between the two systems. This allows Hostaway users to easily handle their listings and Direct Bookings from Find Rentals website. This Direct Booking Channel Management feature is extremely powerful and can greatly improve the volume of leads viewing your brand and listings.

As a traveller’s guide, Find Rentals sends guests directly to your website, your booking engine, your phone, and your email – keeping you in control of guest communications.
What you will receive is more direct bookings, website visits, brand awareness, guest transparency, direct linking, and enhanced SEO value for your website.
What is synchronized
- Rates.
- Calendar Availability.
- All static content such as amenities, description, photos, #beds, #baths, #sleep, etc.
Subscription Process
- Go to this link to subscribe to FindRentals
- The Annual rate per property per year is $36 for all Hostaway clients with 50+ properties
or full inventory. Property listing less than 20 properties are at $72 annually per property for
Hostaway clients. Full inventory listings will receive an additional 15% for the first year. - No booking fees. No additional traveller fees.
To connect Hostaway to Find Rentals, follow the steps below
Steps on Hostaway
- Go to the Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
- Search for Beyond and click the Connect button
- Click Create to generate your API credentials
- Copy your Account ID and Secret Key
The secret key is shown only once — save it somewhere safe.
Steps on FindRentals
Once you have retrieved the API key, send it to Cindy Dahlen, VP of Client Relationship
cindy@findrentals.com, to download the property data to be associated with your brand.
