INTO is an AI concierge for vacation rental guest communication. It automates guest replies, captures opportunities after hours, and suggests upsells to boost revenue. Once connected to Hostaway, INTO automatically builds its knowledge base from your listing information, conversations, custom fields, and saved replies — a process that can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on how many listings you have.
Steps on INTO
- Go to weareinto.ai
- On the homepage, click on the Try it out button
- Enter your work email (used for login, account recovery, and verification) and a password
- Fill in the form to complete the creation of your account
- Select Hostaway as your PMS
- Click the provided link to be forwarded directly to the Hostaway Marketplace
Steps on Hostaway
- Sign in to your Hostaway Dashboard
- Go to Marketplace and search for INTO
- Click Connect, then Create to generate your API credentials
- Hostaway shows your Account ID (a number, e.g. 40160) and an API Secret Key
⚠️ Copy both and save them securely — the secret key is displayed only once.
Finish connecting in INTO
- Return to the INTO page
- Paste your Hostaway Account ID and API Key into the message boxes
- Click Connect
Once connected, INTO starts building your knowledge base from your Hostaway listing information, conversations, custom fields, and saved replies. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the number of listings.
