Steps on Hostaway
- Sign in to your Hostaway Dashboard
- Go to Marketplace and search for DIAMO
- Click Connect, then Create to generate your API credentials
- Hostaway shows your Account ID (a number, e.g. 40160) and an API Secret Key
⚠️ Copy both and save them securely — the secret key is displayed only once.
Steps on DIAMO
- Obtain the RMMS Onboarding link by contacting your DIAMO Revenue Manager. Once you receive the link, create your account and log in to DIAMO.
- After logging in, navigate to Account Settings >> Connect PMS tab. Search for 'Hostaway'
- Paste the Account ID and API key copied above and click on 'Connect to Hostaway'
Price Validation
Once everything is set up and the property goes ‘Live’ in DIAMO, you can review prices in the Hostaway ‘Calendar’ section.
