CIBO is a smart operations platform that helps Hostaway users automate cleanings, inspections, maintenance, and guest services. By turning each reservation into a coordinated workflow, CIBO helps ensure every stay is prepared consistently with less manual effort.
Steps on Hostaway
- Go to Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
- Search for CIBO and click on the Connect button
- A small box will appear > Click on Create
- The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
- Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
Steps on CIBO
- Follow this link to create your CIBO account and begin onboarding
- Enter your details on the form, and then click Submit & Create Account:
- Click on the Connect Hostaway button to begin connecting your Hostaway account.
- A pop-up will appear. Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Marketplace > CIBO, then copy your Account ID and API Key here.
- Click on the Start Sync button to import your properties and bookings.
- Enter your cleaning and inspection task settings and click Continue.
- Enter your team members' settings for task assignments, then click Continue.
- Review your settings to ensure they’re correct and click Finish Setup.
- You’re all done. Click on Go to Dashboard to proceed.
