Connect to Happy Guest!
Steps on Hostaway
- Go to Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
- Search for Happy Guest and click on the Connect button
- A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
- The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
- Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
Steps on Happy Guest
- To Sign Up with Happy Guest, you can click here and book a demo call. There’s no self-onboarding, so schedule a demo with the Happy Guest team first! (Hostaway Users get free VIP onboarding, which is great!)

Once you are set up with your Happy Guest account, simply authorize your account with Hostaway by navigating to the “Settings” and “Integrations” page at the bottom left and clicking the Add Details button:
- Bring your Hostaway ID and API key from the Hostaway dashboard

Enter them into your Happy Guest account and click 'Save.'

Once connected, your Hostaway listings will begin importing into Happy Guest automatically (please allow up to 10 minutes for this process to complete). The Happy Guest team will then configure your guidebooks for you with our Free VIP Onboarding!!! Looking forward to working with you!
