How to connect with Flataway?

Steps on Hostaway

1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard
2. Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
3. Search for Flataway and click on the Connect button
   
   
     
4. A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
5. The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
6. Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
   
   

Steps on Flataway

Onboarding is really simple; you just need to create an account on Flataway and link your Hostaway account via an API key. The process takes ~ 5minutes to complete.

Please follow the instructions below. If at any point in time you require any assistance, reach out to support@flataway.ai, and we will promptly guide you through the process.

1. Create an account on https://app.flataway.ai/register
   
   
    
2. You will need to verify your email address to access your account. This is important as you will receive all notifications at this email address
   
   
    
3. In the dashboard, a pop-up will appear with the button “Continue Onboarding.”
   
   
    
4. Follow the steps in the process:
   • Choose your PMS (Hostaway)
     
     
      
   • Add your API Key. Note, you will need to generate an API key for Flataway. Once you input the API key, the automatic sync will start
     
     
      
5. The process can take up to an hour, but most of the time the sync is completed within a few minutes. Go back to your dashboard, and your basic onboarding is complete
6. 🎉 🎉 🎉 Congratulations - your properties are now connected to Flataway.
