How to connect with VivreStays?

Steps on Hostaway

1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard
2. Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
3. Search for VivreStays and click on the Connect button
   
   
     
4. A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
5. The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
6. Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
   
   

Steps on VivreStays

1. Open VivreStays Connectivity
2. Log in to your VivreStays dashboard
3. In the left sidebar, under Security, click Connectivity
   
   
    
4. Select Hostaway as your channel manager
5. On the Connectivity page, use the dropdown on the right > Select Hostaway
   
   
    
6. Enter credentials and save
7. Fill in Business Name (as registered in Hostaway)
8. External Account ID = Hostaway Account ID
9. Client Secret (API Key) = Hostaway API key
10. Click Save Credentials
    
    
     
11. Run Health Check and ensure the webhook
12. On Connection Overview, click Health Check to validate the credentials
13. If the webhook is not configured, click Ensure Webhook
    
    
     
14. Import listings for the first time
15. Go to Listings and click Sync New to import properties from Hostaway
16. Optional: enable Auto-approve new listings if you want new imports to go live automatically
    
    
     
17. Keep listings up to date and control visibility
18. For updates to an existing listing, use the Sync button on that row
19. Active = visible in VivreStays. Pending = shown in the table but not listed in VivreStays until activated
