Steps on Hostaway
- Go to Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
- Search for PlumGuide and click on the Connect button
- A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
- The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
- Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
Steps on PlumGuide
- Sign up for a PlumGuide account here
- Contact hosts@plumguide.com to start listing your properties on PlumGuide
- Copy your Account ID and API Key available from the page opened on Hostaway
- Send your Account ID and API Key to your dedicated Plumguide Account Manager
- Once they have confirmed that the account is connected, the onboarding process and vetting will automatically begin, and the selected listings will be published on Plumguide.
Automatic Sync for New Listings
Once the Plum Guide integration is connected, any new listings created in Hostaway will automatically sync to Plum Guide within 24 hours. There is no need to manually add new listings on Plum Guide after the initial connection.
Switching from iCal to the New Integration
If you are currently connected to Plum Guide via iCal and plan to migrate to the new integration, you must:
- Disconnect the existing iCal connection first.
- Ensure you select “Keep existing reservations imported through iCal.”
- Then, proceed to connect via the new integration.
