How to connect with Prohost AI?

Steps on Hostaway

1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard
2. Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
3. Search for Prohost AI and click on the Connect button
   
   
     
4. A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
5. The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
6. Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
   
   

Steps on Prohost AI

1. Create a new account at https://app.prohost.ai/register
2. Then follow the steps below to connect your listings on Hostaway
   • Go into Listings => Add listings
     
     
      
   • Select “Hostaway”
     
     
      
   • You will be asked for an Account ID and an API Key that you have obtained previously
     
     
      
   • Make sure you have entered the Client ID and Client Secret on the page below and then click “Connect”
     
     
      
3. The listing import will take a few minutes. If you have many listings (50+), it may take up to 10+ minutes.
4. While you are waiting for the import to complete, you can invite any other team members you work with by going to Settings => Team => Invite Member and invite them by their email
   • This will allow you to collaborate with your team members by viewing when they are online, when they are viewing a particular message thread, or when they are typing and composing a message.
5. Once your account is set up, download our app for iOS or Android.
