Because credentials are personalized for each stay, former guests can no longer access the network, protecting both your property and your future guests from security risks.
This also eliminates manual password sharing and delivers a seamless digital experience for your guests — from check-in to check-out.

How to Get Started
Complete the CleverFi × Hostaway Contact Form with the following details:
- Company / Property Management name
- Contact person and email
- Number of properties managed
Once received, our team will review your information and schedule a time to connect.
Onboarding Steps
Once you are a CleverFi customer, our team will guide you through a quick onboarding process to connect your Hostaway account and existing network hardware.
Step 1 — Provide Your Property List
Provide a list of all your listings, including:
- Property Name
- Hostaway Listing ID
- Address
You can export this directly from your Hostaway dashboard under Listings → CSV Export, or simply copy from your Hostaway account.
Once you’ve provided this list, your CleverFi implementation manager will import all your listings into the CleverFi Portal
Step 2 — Router Configuration
Your implementation manager will schedule a 30-minute session to review your current hardware setup and ensure a successful implementation.
Step 3 — API Setup (ConnectCleverFi with Hostaway)
- Log in to your Hostaway Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Scroll down to the Reservation webhooks section and click Add webhook
- Fill in the fields in the panel
- Webhook URL: **https://host.cleverfi.app/api/hostaway/webhook**
- Listing: Leave it as All Listings or select specific listings that you would like Cleverfi to manage Wi-Fi access
- Channel: Leave it as All channels or select specific channels for which you would like Cleverfi to manage Wi-Fi access
- Enabled: Set it to Yes
- Login: You can type anything in here; it won’t be used

Password: paste the token that your CleverFi implementation manager provides to you
- Click Add to save your changes
- You should see your created webhook on the page under Reservation webhooks
✅ You’re Connected! 🏁
Once all 3 steps are complete:
- You will get access to the CleverFi Portal, where you can manually view, reset, or revoke Wi-Fi access anytime.
- Each new reservation in Hostaway automatically creates Wi-Fi access in CleverFi.
- If a reservation is extended, that will sync to CleverFi
- If a reservation is cancelled, that will sync to CleverFi
- Guests receive their network name and password automatically.
