Follow this step-by-step guide to seamlessly integrate your Hostaway Property Management System (PMS) with Localbird – and unlock the power of automation and smart guest communication.
Steps on Hostaway
- Go to Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
- Search for Localbird and click on the Connect button
- A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
- The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
- Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
Steps on Localbird
- Go to the Localbird registration page: https://localbird.io/partner-registration/
- Or via the integrations page “Connect Hostaway & Localbird.”
- Fill out the registration form
- Add Your Property Details
- In the form, fill in the section regarding your PMS and select which PMS you’re using
- Choose your PMS from the list
- Click “Connect your PMS”
- A new page will open requesting your Hostaway API key
- Your PMS is now successfully connected to Localbird!
