🧠 Before you start
Ensure that your Hostaway account is fully set up, with listings connected to your calendars and active on relevant channels.
Steps on Hostaway
- Go to Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the Dashboard
- Search for Pricepoint and click on the Connect button
- A small box will appear > Click on "Create"
- The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
- Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later

🔁 Step 1 – Reach out to Pricepoint
Contact the Pricepoint support team or your account manager to initiate the connection:

They will guide you through onboarding.
🔑 Step 2 – Provide your Hostaway Account ID and API Token.
Send Account ID and API Token at onboarding+hostaway@pricepoin.co.
🔄 Step 3 – Onboarding & Activate Pricing
Once Pricepoint receives your Hostaway connectivity credentials, their team will schedule an onboarding meeting with you. During this session, they will:
Guide you through your Pricepoint dashboard
Explain how AI-powered pricing works
Help review and align your pricing strategy with your business goals
Ensure that your listings are properly mapped and ready for sync
After onboarding, Pricepoint will be activated and begin pushing AI-optimized prices to Hostaway.
To complete the setup:
Log in to your Pricepoint dashboard
Review the recommended pricing strategy for each listing
Enable syncing to let Pricepoint automatically update your nightly rates
