How does Airbnb calculate the Nightly Price?

In Hostaway, you can set up a nightly rate in the calendar. Note that you can also add a markup for the Airbnb channel.

Here are the rates with markups:

• 8/15/2021 > $324.80
• 8/16/2021 > $440.80
• 8/17/2021 > $440.80

However, you can see that Airbnb will not show the same amount:

The reason is that Airbnb calculation is: (Nightly rate + fees) / Night booked. In our case, the calculation is (324.80 + 324.80 + 440.80 + 440.80 + 150 (fees)) = 1681.2 / 4 nights = 420.3 per night.
