How to connect with WeChalet? – Hostaway

Here is the step-by-step guide to integrate WeChalet with Hostaway.

1. To get started, you need to create a WeChalet account

Follow this link for step-by-step instructions on how to create your account

2. Generate Your Hostaway API Key

Log in to your Hostaway account and navigate to the Menu, then Settings
Locate the "Hostaway API" tab to generate your personal API Key
Create the public API secret key in the Hostaway dashboard by going to Settings > Hostaway API. Choose WeChalet as a partner
To create a new API key, click on "Create" and give it a name. The system will generate an API key for you
This key will be displayed only once, so be sure to save it if you plan to use it for multiple connections.

3. In WeChalet, enter your Hostaway account ID and the API key

If your WeChalet account is new, you must create a draft property to access the Management menu in Host Mode
Enter an address in the Location menu, click Next, then click the Management menu and select Integration
In the Hostaway integration menu, simply enter your Hostaway account ID and API key to initiate the listing linking process
Click the "Import Properties" button, and they will automatically synchronize to your Hostaway listings.
All that remains is for you to review your properties and publish them in the final Status and Taxes menu.

If you already have your listings in your WeChalet account, whether created manually or imported from Airbnb

5. Log in to your WeChalet account and access the Hostaway integration menu by clicking on this link

Simply enter your Hostaway account ID and the API key in this menu to trigger the listing mapping process.

6. As a final step, map your WeChalet listings with your Hostway listings

Click "Sync with Hostaway" once all listings have been mapped.
