Set in Hostaway, this is the deposit amount that we add to Base Rate for Booking Engine, Direct Reservations, WordPress and Vrbo |
GuestChannelFee |
The commission that Airbnb charges the guest for using their platform and services. This amount is part of the total price of reservation the guest pays. |
hostChannelFee |
The commission amount that the channels charge the hosts for using their platform and services. This amount is not included from the total price of a reservation and it is deducted from the channel payout to the host. Currently, we can only identify channel commissions from Airbnb and Booking.com. |
baseRate |
This is the nightly price without fees and taxes. For Hostaway direct channels we take this from the Calendar. For Channels, we take the base rate they send to us. |
cleaningFeeValue |
This is the Cleaning Fee as set up by our clients in Listings.

priceForExtraPerson |
The price per extra person is added to the Base Rate and it will have the applicable taxes added to it. |
AirbnbCancellationPayout |
Only for Airbnb: This is the fee the guest will have to pay to the host in case the guest cancels the reservation and depending on the cancellation policies. |

BookingCancellationGuestFee | This is the amount Booking.com charges a guest for cancellation |

HostCancellationPenalty |
This is a penalty is that the Host will have to pay to Airbnb if the host cancels when he shouldn't. Eg : A Host canceled a reservation at the last minute, and Airbnb sometimes helps the Guest to find quickly another place |
cancellationHostFee | This is the commission Airbnb takes from the Host whenever the host receives money from a cancellation, and it only should matter when a reservation is actually cancelled It can also be manually filled in the reservation page for other channels, when relevant. It can be used in formulas for more accurate financial reporting |

AirbnbResolutionsOpenSum | When a Host or guest requests money for an Airbnb stay that is not closed still, It will be reflected in this field Only for Airbnb |
