You can customize the layout of the tabs Rental Activity, Occupancy Report, and Expenses & Extras to focus on specific information that meets your needs. You can choose which data fields to display, adjust the order of the columns, and apply filters. This allows you to highlight the most relevant details and improve your understanding of the reports. You can also create and reuse Custom Views in the mentioned tabs.
Filters
Rental Activity
With the filtering option, you can select the fields/columns you want to visualize in the Rental Activity tab. You can pre-filter Per reservation or Per listing:
- Listings. You can choose one listing, multiple listings, or all if you do not select any listing
- Tags. You can filter by tags previously created by you
- Dates. You can choose the date range you would like to visualize
- Quick dates. Last Month, the Last 7 days, today, and much more
- Event. Check-in/Check-out/Creation/Calendar - The CSV file is downloaded considering which event is selected
- Channels. You can choose one channel, multiple channels, or all if you do not select any of them

Statuses. You can choose one status, multiple statuses, or all - We advise selecting New and Modified or Confirmed (= new + modified)
Occupancy Report
You can select the fields/columns you want to visualize in the Occupancy Report tab:
- Listings. Select the listings you would like to display in the report
- Tags. You can filter by tags previously created by you
- Dates. You can select the dates you would like to visualize
- Quick Dates. This is a quick date selector
- Channels. Choose the channels you would like to display in the report
- By month. If selected, the report will show you per listing, per month. If not selected, the system will aggregate the occupancy per listing

Include blocked dates. If selected, the report will consider blocked dates
Expenses & Extras
You can select the fields/columns you want to visualize on Expenses & Extras tab:
- Dates. You can choose the date range you would like to visualize
- Quick dates. Last Month, the Last 7 days, today, and much more
- Categories. You can choose based on the expense or extra
- Listings. You can choose one listing, multiple listings, or all if you do not select any listing
- Reservations. You can filter by reservation
- Owners. You can filter by owner

Owner statements. You can filter by an owner statement
Custom View
Custom views save all your selected filters and the order of the table columns. This allows you to save and reuse a custom view at any time. This will help you save time when preparing reports as you can adjust filters, select, organize, and arrange columns and other options, and save the customization for future reports. If you regularly create different reports with different data, you never have to start from scratch every time.
These views can even be set with dynamic quick dates such as "Last Month" or "Year-to-Date (YTD)," so updating dates won’t be necessary - just select the saved view and your data will appear instantly.
This functionality is available to all users with access to these sections. However, views are saved on a per-user basis, meaning that each user can create and access their own custom views tailored to their needs.
