How to know which listing fields get updated per channel?
You can check the channels we export to.
To find this information, go to Listings and click on Edit. You will find "?" to get the info per field
Legend:
- Not supported: for that channel, this field is not being exported
- Every 24 hours: the field is exported to the channel every 24 hours
- Connect: that channel is connected to the listing
- Manual: field info can be re-pushed to the property (trigger the push) or the user can do it manually on their Extranet
Export Listing Info to Booking Channels (OTAs)
To export listing information to different platforms please follow the next steps:
- Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Listings
- Find the listing you would like to edit > Click Edit
- Find the information you would like to update > Additional info tab
- Enter the info
- Click Save
