How to connect with Houfy

Steps on Hostaway

1. Go to Hostaway Dashboard
2. Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
3. Search for Houfy and click on the "Connect" button
   
   
   
   

4. A small box will appear > Click on "Create"

5. The Account ID and the API Key will be presented on a new window

6. Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep it somewhere safe for later

Steps on Houfy

1. Sign in to Houfy
2. Click on API Connections
3. Click on Connect with Hostaway
4. Make sure that you choose the correct options while connecting
   1. Map existing listings - You can map your existing listing on Houfy to the Hostaway listing
   2. Import new listings - Houfy will create new listings by pulling data from Hostaway
5. If you map existing listings, you can choose what to map:
   1. Listing rates
   2. Listing availability
   3. All listing data
   4. Listing name
   5. Listing Description
   6. Listing photos
   7. Listing amenities/suitability/activities
6. Enter the Hostaway Account ID and Hostaway API key you kept from step 5 above in Hostaway's steps. Click continue.
   
   
   
   

7. If you are importing new listings, you will receive an email within a few minutes once your listings are imported into Houfy

8. If you are mapping an existing listing, then you can map it here.
