Connect Holiday Keepers with Hostaway

1. Sign up with Holiday Keepers

• Visit the HolidayKeepers website and create an account.
• Set up your listings by providing all the necessary details for each property

2. Find your API Key and account ID 

Now, you need to find your Hostaway ID and API key. You can activate the connection from the 'Marketplace' for the relevant partner to generate your API Key:

• • Go to the Hostaway Dashboard.
    
  • Click on 'Marketplace' within the dashboard, then search for the relevant partner and click on the 'Connect/Configure' button available there:
    
    
    
  • This will expand the partner box and you can click on 'Connect' again to start generating the Keys:
    
    
    
  • Then you can click 'Create' to generate the API Key:
    
    
    
  • The new credentials will then be presented on the screen. Please make sure to copy and save the API Key safely as it will be visible only once:
    

3. Sync with Hostaway

• Go to the Settings section in your account.
• Look for the option to sync with Hostaway and click on it.
• Enter your client ID/Hostaway ID and secret key in the provided fields.
• This will link your Hostaway and HolidayKeepers accounts.
  
  
  

4. Add HolidayKeepers Listings to Hostaway

• Navigate to the Listings section in your account.
• Find the HolidayKeepers tab and review all your listings on the HolidayKeepers website.
• You will have the option to add these listings with Hostaway.
• Simply click on the “Add to Hostaway” button for each listing you want to add to your Hostaway account.
  
  
  

5. Review Hostaway Listings

• Navigate to the Listings section in your account, and switch to the Hostaway tab.
• Here, you can review all your Hostaway listings and check if they have been successfully added and synced with HolidayKeepers.
• Take a moment to review all the details and ensure everything is accurate.
  
  
  
  

6. Mapping Listings

• In the Listings section, switch to the Mapping tab.
• Under the Mapping option, you can link your HolidayKeepers and Hostaway listings together.
• This mapping allows the same listings in both platforms to stay synchronized with each other.
• You can also choose to unmap listings if needed.
  
  
  

7. Manage Reservations

• When a new reservation comes in, both the Hostaway and HolidayKeepers dashboards will be updated and synced.
• Access the Reservations section on either platform to review the details of the booking.
• You can find information such as user & order details in this section.
