Savvy is a book direct marketplace built for property managers. Savvy is designed to send you lifetime guests, not just bookings. Property Manager's brand, logo, phone number, website, and social channels are displayed on Savvy.
Steps on Hostaway
- Go to Hostaway Dashboard
- Click on Marketplace within the dashboard
- Search for Savvy and click on the Connect button
- A small box will appear > Click on Create
- The Account ID and the API Key will be presented in a new window
- Copy your Account ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe for later
Steps on Savvy

Visit the Join Now page and complete your user/company profile to create your Professional Host account.
Go to Manage Your Properties and select Hostaway from the list of certified partners.
Enter your Hostaway Account ID and API Secret Key and click Connect. If successful, a confirmation message will appear.
Choose a subscription level for your listings - this will apply to all listings by default, but you can adjust the level individually from the Properties page.
