What is it?
This feature gives you more granular financial control by enabling reporting and owner statements at the sub-unit level for multi-unit properties.
- Reporting: Filter financial data and occupancy metrics for individual sub-units directly within the platform.
- We will show sub-units when showing the data based on a per-listing view
- When a reservation has 2 or more units assigned to it, we will also show a split of the values in the per-reservation view.
- Expenses & Extras: Track and assign expenses and extras at the sub-unit level.
- Owner Statements: Generate statements manually or automatically to reflect accurate revenue and expenses per sub-unit.
- Owner Management: Assign specific owners to individual sub-units.

- Enables better owner management for building-management scenarios: Owner statements become feasible even when sub-units have distinct owners or require more granular tracking.

How to use it
- Reports will begin showing unit-level data linked to the multi-unit listing.
- You can filter and assign individual units across all relevant financial reporting areas, including Analytics, Rental Activity, Occupancy, Expenses & Extras, and Owner Statements.
- You can also assign individual units to specific owners to streamline owner statement creation.
