Q: I enabled the feature, but don't see any generated responses, even after creating rules.
A: AI responses are only created for new incoming messages. You won't see responses generated:
- If you received the messages before enabling the feature
- If the last message is not from the guest
Q: Will this work on the mobile app?
A: Yes! This functionality is also supported in the Hostaway mobile app
Q: Does the AI learn when I edit the suggested responses?
A: AI learns from the facts you add to the Knowledge Base. And very soon, it will proactively learn from all the messages as you send them.
Q: Will the AI ever send responses automatically without me reviewing them first?
A: You are in control:
- If you want to review first, set the Delivery to Draft
- If you want AI to send replies automatically for specific guest questions, set the Delivery to Auto-reply for the respective Rules
