Multiple-Stripe accounts Follow
Important: When you add the new Stripe account on listing level, all previous uncharged reservations will need to be charged directly in Stripe since the information about received reservations will not be transferred to the new Stripe account (for security reasons) and charges will fail.
What is the multiple-Stripe account feature?
This feature will allow you to tie different stripe accounts from the default Hostaway client Stripe account to a single listing or a group of listings.
If no new Stripe account is added, the system will use the current Account level Stripe account.

How to connect Stripe on an account level?
The account level means that this Stripe account will be used for all your listings.

How to add a Stripe account on a listing level, for a single listing?
You will use this if you want to use a specific Stripe account for a specific listing.
- Go to Listings > Edit > Payment Accounts > Use the Stripe (upgrade) version.
- Click on Activate button and confirm statements
- You are redirected to Stripe.com where you select the correct Stripe account and click on connect button.
- When completed you are redirected to the Hostaway dashboard and the Stripe account id shows as connected.
How to add a Stripe account on a listing level, for multiple listings?
- Go to Listings > Edit > Payment Accounts > Click on the “Apply to other listings button”
- Select the listings you want to connect this Stripe account to and click on “Confirm Selection”.
How to deactivate a Stripe account from a listing?

Note:
It won’t be possible to set a Stripe account on the listing level before it has been set on the account level first. Also, it will not be possible to set the same Stripe account in both places.
