- Global Customization: Any design edits you make to this template (such as changing the font, adjusting button colors) will automatically apply to every single property page across your site instantly.

You can customize the layout of your Property Page directly inside the Booking Website Pro editor.
How to open and edit the template:
- Log in to your Hostaway Dashboard and navigate to Booking Website > Site Editor.
- At the top of the site builder, click on the Pages drop-down menu and select Listings (or Property depending on your template).
- The editor will load your dynamic template, displaying real-time data from one of your active Hostaway listings as a live preview.
- To map or change which Hostaway data field displays in a specific widget (e.g., pulling the listing title or the description), hover over the widget and click the Connected Data icon.

You can add, remove, and arrange native Hostaway widgets to make your property details stand out:
- Image Gallery (Image Slider): Pulls the listing photos directly from your Hostaway account. To change the cover photo or reorder images, update them in the Hostaway Dashboard > Listings.
- Property Description (Text Widget): Displays your listing description. You can style the typography, line height, and color inside the editor while the actual text content stays dynamically synced with your PMS.
- Amenities List (Amenities Widget): Shows all checked features (WiFi, Hot Tub, Pet-Friendly, etc.) from Hostaway. You can style the layout of the icons to match your website branding.
- Location Map (Map Widget): Renders a Google map using the geographical coordinates of your listing. You can adjust zoom levels and toggle between satellite or map views.
- Reservation Flow (Booking Widget): The core calendar and checkout component. It allows guests to select stay dates, view dynamic rates, and start the booking checkout process. Customize the "Book Now" buttons to align with your brand colors.

Hostaway manages the availability of your listings automatically, removing the need for manual page maintenance:
- Automatic Creation: When you add a new property in your Hostaway Dashboard and include it in your BWP channel under the Listings tab, a new dynamic property page and SEO-friendly URL are created automatically.
- Automatic Removal: If you uncheck or disable a listing in the Listings tab in Hostaway, its corresponding page is instantly removed from your website, preventing guests from booking inactive properties.
- Menu Navigation Sync: Adding or removing main menu tabs (such as About Us or Contact Us) from your Hostaway dashboard automatically updates the navigation menus inside the site builder.
5. Troubleshooting Common Issues
- "Properties" page is missing in the editor: If you do not see the dynamic "Properties" option in your pages menu, your site was upgraded before July 23, 2026. Please reach out to Support for details on the rollout schedule for older accounts.
- Changes to listing text are not saving in the editor: If you want to modify description texts, listing names, or amenities, make those edits directly in Hostaway Dashboard > Listings. The dynamic builder is only for editing the visual styles and layout.
- No listings populate in my widgets: Verify that you have explicitly enabled the listings you want to show by going to Hostaway Dashboard > Booking Website > Listings and adding them to the "Included" list.
- The "Book Now" button does not redirect: Ensure that your booking widget or checkout buttons are linked to the correct target inside the button settings. If using a custom subdomain for older configurations, double-check that your button points to the correct URL (e.g., book.yourdomain.com/all-listings).

Q2: How do I add custom static pages (like a Blog or Local Guide)? You can create as many static pages as you need! Simply navigate to Pages > Add Page in the builder menu.
Q3: What happens if I update a listing's photo or title in Hostaway? Any content changes made inside your Hostaway account will automatically update on your live website almost instantly without requiring you to manually republish your site.
