What’s New:
You can now view disputed charges directly on the Hostaway Dashboard.
Benefit: Easily view all disputed charges within the Charges table and respond more quickly to active disputes.
How it Works:
Select the Guest Payments tab, then choose Charges
Click on Filters, then select Disputes from the filter list
Click Select Filter and then Apply
Hover over the Yellow or Green triangle icons to see the dispute status (e.g., “Dispute Won” or “Dispute Lost”).
Note: This feature is only available for Stripe and not Authorize.Net or Braintree
