A curated set of AI CoHost prompts you can use today to catch guest experience issues early and understand what's driving your review scores.
AI CoHost can already answer questions about your reviews, ratings, and guest messages — you don't need to build a report to get this information; you just need to ask the right question. Below are seven prompts worth adding to your routine, grouped by what they help you do.
Reviews & Feedback Signals
These prompts turn scattered review data into recurring themes and clear priorities, so you're not rereading every review one by one to spot a pattern.
- "Analyse my recent reviews and tell me the recurring issues per listing" — asks AI CoHost to group review feedback for a specific listing into repeated themes (cleanliness, noise, check-in friction, and so on), instead of a flat list of individual comments. Useful when one listing's score is slipping, and you want to know why.
- "What recurring themes show up in my recent guest reviews?" — the portfolio-wide version of the prompt above. Good for a weekly or monthly review of what's dragging your overall score down, before it affects a listing's ranking on a channel.
- "Summarise the most common complaints across reviews and guest messages" — combines public reviews with private guest messages, so it catches things guests mention in chat but never put in a review. This usually surfaces a fuller, earlier picture than reviews alone.
- "Which listing has the best reviews?" — a quick ranking across your portfolio. Useful both to identify what's working so you can replicate it, and to decide where to prioritise bookings or marketing spend.
Guest Experience Quality
These prompts are for catching a problem while the guest is still staying with you — before it turns into a review.
- "List any conversations from the last 24 hours that could lead to a bad guest experience" — flags recent guest messages that read as frustrated, confused, or unresolved, so you can step in during the stay rather than finding out at checkout.
- "Summarize special guest requests for check-ins this week" — pulls together early check-ins, accessibility needs, or other requests tied to this week's arrivals, so nothing gets missed operationally. A missed special request is a common, avoidable source of a bad review.
- "Show me guest messages I haven't replied to" — a quick unread/unanswered check across your inbox. Response time has a direct effect on guest experience, so this is worth running at the start and end of each day.
Getting more out of these prompts
- You can narrow any of them to one listing, date range, or channel — for example, "…for my Downtown Loft listing only" or "…from the last 7 days."
- AI CoHost remembers the conversation, so you can follow up in the same thread, e.g., "now just show the negative ones" or "turn that into a table."
- AI CoHost uses AI, so treat recurring-theme summaries as a starting point — skim the underlying reviews or messages it references before acting on anything important.
