How to add/delete a credit card?

Add a credit card

This is about how you should use a credit card to pay your monthly Hostaway subscription. This is not about how a guest can add a Credit Card.

If you need to add a credit card because you have lost the previous one, it expires or for any other reason, please follow the steps:

1. Log into your Hostaway Dashboard
2. Go to Settings
3. Click on Add Another Credit Card
4. Follow the steps

Remove a credit card

1. Log into your Hostaway Dashboard
2. Go to Settings
3. Click on the red cross
4. Confirm
   
   

Please note that the system needs at least 1 card to work so you can only remove cards if you have 1 or more.
