Learn how to add or update the billing address used for your Hostaway subscription invoices, and understand that this address does not apply to channel or guest invoicing payments.
For your Hostaway subscription, you are asked and able to add your company billing address details by menu Settings - Account - Update billing address button. The address details will be used on the invoices for your Hostaway subscription payments. Depending on your country, the following address line items are requested.
Important: The address details are not used for your channels and or guest invoicing payments.
- Name / first name - This can be your legal company name or private name
- Address line 1 - your street address
- Address line 2 - additional address line details
- City - the city of your business location
- State - if your country has states it will ask you for this
- Zip code - the zip code/postal code for your business location.
