How to clear your cache?
Cache is stored data or information because you are visiting some websites so frequently that your computer is not even asking servers if there are any updates.
Here are some of the best practices:
- Always log out of Hostaway by clicking on the profile image at the top and pressing logout rather than just closing tabs
- We always advise customers to use Google Chrome. Chrome has special tabs, such as incognito windows, which do not accumulate cache. You can access Hostaway using an Incognito window. If you are not familiar with Incognito windows, you can refer to the guide below
