Learn how the Listings section works on your Booking Website and how listing display settings affect what guests see when browsing properties.

What is the Listing Section in my Booking Website?
The Listings section allows you to manage which listings are displayed on your Standard Booking Website. From this section, you can include or exclude listings, create listing labels, filter results, search listings, and publish or save your changes.
How to access the Listings section
To access this section:
- Go to your Hostaway Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Booking Website.
- Click the name of the Standard website you would like to edit.
- In the menu, click Listings.
What you can do in the Listings section
Include listings for the first time
If you haven’t added any listings to your booking website yet, follow these steps:
- Go to the Listings section of your booking website
- You’ll see a box with the following message:
Choose what guests can book
The listings you include appear on your booking website, where guests can find and book them
- Click Include listings
- A new window will open where you can choose the listings you want to include on this booking website
- Select the listings you want to add
- Click Include X listings
- The selected listings will now be added to your booking website
Once listings have been added, the available options will be the following:
Include listings
The Included tab shows the listings that are currently displayed on your Booking Website.
From this tab, after selecting a listing, you can:
- Exclude a listing from the website
- Add a listing label
Exclude listings
The Excluded tab shows the listings that are not currently displayed on your Booking Website.
From this tab, after selecting a listing, you can:
- Include a listing on the website
Create listing labels
On the right side of the page, you will find the Listing labels button.
Clicking this button opens a new window where you can create new tags by selecting New tag. From there, you can assign a name and a color to the label.
Listing labels help guests find the right stay by grouping listings under labels such as:
- Popular choice
- Cancel anytime
These labels make it easier for guests to browse and identify the most relevant options.
Filter listings
The filter allows you to narrow down listings by:
- Country
- Location
- Tags
Search listings
You can use the search option to find listings directly by:
- Listing name
- Tag
- Location
Publish your Booking Website
Use the Publish option to publish your Booking Website and make your updates live.
Rename your Booking Website
Use the Rename option to change the name of your Booking Website.
Save your changes
Click Save to save any changes made in the Listings section.
