Booking Website Pro: Choose Your Plan

Learn how Booking Website Pro plans differ and choose the option that best fits your website goals, features, and launch needs.

Creating a professional website to drive your direct sales efforts online has never been easier. In this guide, we will take you through the process of creating booking websites and Booking Websites Pro, so that you can provide travellers with a seamless booking experience.  

Creating a Booking Website Standard

To create a Booking Website Standard, please follow the next steps: 

1. Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Booking Website
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on Add booking website
   
   
    
3. On the new window, in the upper right-hand corner, click on Choose your plan
   
   
    
4. Select Standard > Name your booking website
   
   
    
5. Create website

All your created booking websites will be displayed in the Booking Website section in a table, where you can have an overview of the status, current plan, and domains. 

 

Creating a Booking Website Pro

When creating a Booking Website Pro, you could face two different scenarios: 

1. You already have a booking website standard in Hostaway, and you would like to upgrade it
2. You do not have a booking website in Hostaway, and you would like to create a Pro from scratch

Upgrading your Booking Website Standard to Pro

The process for upgrading your current Standard plan is the following:

1. Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Booking Website
2. Identify the booking website you would like to upgrade
3. On the right, click Upgrade
   
   
    
4. Click on Upgrade Booking Website > Select Pro
   
   
    
5. Select your template > Start building
   
   
   
   You will be able to pick from multiple curated templates to build your Homepage. You can preview each of them by hovering over the template and clicking on Preview. Once you have picked one, click on Start Building.
6. The website is now upgraded to Pro
7. You will be redirected to the main configuration page
   • As a first step, you can choose the listings you would like to display on the booking website
     
     
      
8. Click on the Site editor to access the full-featured editor

Creating a Booking Website Pro from scratch

To create a Booking Website Pro from scratch, please follow the next steps: 

1. Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Booking Website
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on Add booking website
   
   
    
3. Again, in the upper right-hand corner, click on Choose your plan
   
   
    
4. Select Pro > Name your booking website
5. Create website
   
   
   
    

Settings and Configuration for Booking Website Pro

Some booking website settings will continue to be managed in your Hostway dashboard, as usual.

Therefore, with your Pro plan, you can still access the booking website settings screen to customize the experience according to your preferences.

To access these settings:

1. From the table view, click on the booking website name.
   
   
    
2. Once you are on the booking website itself, you will still be able to see the different settings that are also available in the Standard Plan
   
   

Design Section and Site Editor Customization

The Design section allows you to customize the colors and style of all pages outside the Site Editor, such as:

• Property pages
• All listings pages
• Other pages not managed through the Site Editor

For the design of the Homepage, About Us, and Contact Us pages, you should make changes directly in the Site Editor. This applies to both scenarios: whether you upgraded from Standard to Pro or created a Pro plan from scratch.
