Bulk Editing Listings Content and Settings

How to bulk edit listings? 

To bulk edit listings please follow the next steps: 

1. Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Listings
2. Click on Edit > You will see an icon next to the tab title

Select the fields you would like to copy

When clicking the button, you will be asked which of the settings in the tab you want to copy to other listings. You can then mark the checkbox and select the ones you wish to be copied to all your other listings.

Note: Only saved values will be copied, so if you change a value you'll need to save it first and can only copy it after.

Select the listings you want to export these fields to

You can choose which listings you want to copy the selected fields. You can search the listings by name, ID, or tags. 

Choose to export information to channels or not

You can choose whether you want to export the changes to channels or just save them in Hostaway. You can click "Read more about this here." below each channel for more information on the export process.

User permissions

By default, this feature is only available to admin and owner-type users. This can be changed under user management.

1. The permission is called “Bulk edit listings” and has only one checkbox - modify

2. The permission is turned on for Templates: Owners and admins
