When you need to stop specific properties from appearing on booking channels like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Hopper, the process varies depending on the channel type and connection method.
Understanding Channel Types
API-Connected Channels: Most channels (Booking.com, Expedia, Hopper) connect through API tokens that provide full access to all your listings automatically.
Direct Integration Channels: Airbnb and Vrbo offer more granular control through HostAway's interface.
Step-by-Step Delisting Process
For Airbnb & Vrbo
✅ Can be managed from HostAway
- Navigate to your Channel Manager in HostAway
- Select the specific property you want to delist
- Choose "Unlist" for the respective channel (Airbnb or Vrbo)
- Confirm the action
Note: This removes the property from the booking page but maintains the channel connection for future use.

- Save your changes
Important: HostAway cannot control individual listing visibility for these API-connected channels from our platform.
